由浙江創(chuàng)派智能科技有限公司推出的RCCM-600型視覺定位圓角裁切機，在5月21日開始的廣州國際橡塑展（Chinaplas 2019）上大獲成功。該設備屬于國內(nèi)首次將機器視覺技術應用到制袋環(huán)節(jié)中，有效地解決了現(xiàn)有模切和雙切的工藝來制作袋子所形成的廢邊回收處理以及原材料浪費的問題。展會期間，配套在上海洲泰印刷機械有限公司的高速多功能制袋機上以150段/分的速度穩(wěn)定運行，贏得了廣大彩印廠家的贊賞。（該產(chǎn)品的具體功能參數(shù)、請見以下圖文介紹）

Single cutting when thevisual positioning function is deactivated: equivalent to the function of the head of the high-speed bag makingmachine with a speed being up to 300 pcs./min.
Single cutting when thevisual positioning function is activated: CCD is used to recording the diamond-shaped holes for deviationcalculation, and then tool holder is moved for precise single cutting
with a speed being up to150 pcs./min.
Double-cutting when thevisual positioning function is activated: the visual positioning function can be used to carry out accuratedouble-cutting of the R-angle of diamond-shaped holes with a speed being up to60 pcs./min. The double-cutting width can be any width in the range of 0.2mm~0.8mm
